The Power of Two: Virginia Tech and the SketchUp Visiting Professionals Program
For nearly 150 years, Virginia Tech has stood as a beacon of innovation within the higher learning community. Nestled in the rolling hills of Blacksburg, Virginia, this institution was built on the idea that collaboration, ingenuity, and invention can improve all of our lives. It’s even in the school motto: Ut Prosim; that’s Latin for “That I May Serve.”
We here at SketchUp happen to agree: that’s why 3D is for everyone. We recently sent Eric Schimelpfenig, craftsman and SketchUp guru, to visit Virginia Tech. Through the SketchUp Visiting Professionals Program, Eric was able to share his deep knowledge of SketchUp with students and faculty in conducting illuminating hands-on workshops that helped in propelling their skills and empowering their creativity.
But don’t take our word for it; check it out yourself in the player below.
