Driving firm wide adoption of performance-based design

Firms often struggle to adopt new technologies and practices, but those that do so successfully hold a significant advantage over their competitors.

BIM adoption has followed a similar, if slightly accelerated, trend. And while today’s firms may very well be more tech-savvy than they were 30 years ago, they are still working hard to adopt powerful new BIM-supported practices like Integrated Project Delivery.

The following outlines a four-phase approach to do just that, thereby driving adoption of performance-based design approach across your firm.
